How do I set up my Drop Band?

Download the free Drop App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open the app, follow the pairing guide, and link your Drop Band via Bluetooth. Then add a funding source. Setup takes less than 5 minutes.

Yes. Payments use tokenization and your card details are not stored on the band. You can pause or unpair the band anytime from your account.

What if I lose my Drop Band?

If you lose your band, open the Drop App immediately and pause or unpair the band. Your card details remain protected.

Delete your Drop Account

When you’re ready to “disappear” from the app, we’ve got you covered!

To complete account deletion, please send us an email and include your email address and the phone number you used to create your account. We’ll delete your account within 24-48 hours and send you a confirmation via email.

**Please note the Drop Account is separate from your Drop Pay financial account which requires separate cancelation.
