This policy applies only to the Internal Idea Capture SMS program for authorized Drop Industries, LLC employees. It does not replace the Drop (drop.band) consumer Privacy Policy for artists, fans, or customers.

Program overview

Drop Industries, LLC operates an internal, employee-only SMS program (“Program”). Authorized employees text a dedicated company phone number to log internal work ideas. Drop Industries, LLC may send automated transactional SMS replies (task confirmations and command responses only — not marketing).

Information we collect for this Program

     
  • Your mobile phone number

  • The content of SMS/MMS messages you send to the Program number
    •  
  • Message timestamps and carrier delivery metadata

How we use this information

     
  • Create internal task records in our project management system
    •  
  • Send transactional SMS replies (confirmations, HELP, UNDO, STOP/START responses)
    •  
  • Maintain internal logs for troubleshooting and compliance

SMS disclosures (required)

     
  • Message frequency: Varies with use. Typically one automated confirmation   reply per idea submitted, plus occasional command replies (HELP, LAST, UNDO).

  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS replies. Reply HELP for help.   Reply START to re-enable after STOP.

Mobile information — no sharing for marketing

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers (operational only)

We share Program data only with vendors needed to operate this internal tool: Twilio (SMS delivery), Google Firebase (hosting), ClickUp (task management), and optionally OpenAI (text formatting). These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the Program — not for their own marketing.

Opt-in method

There is no public web signup. A Drop Industries, LLC administrator adds the employee’s mobile number to an allowlist and provides consent disclosures before first use. The employee’s first text to the Program number after provisioning constitutes consent to receive transactional SMS from Drop Industries, LLC.
