These Terms apply only to the Internal Idea Capture SMS program for authorized Drop Industries, LLC employees. They do not replace Drop (drop.band) consumer Terms of Service for artists, fans, or customers.

Agreement with Drop Industries, LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a direct agreement between you and Drop Industries, LLC for the Internal Idea Capture SMS program (“Program”). By texting a Program phone number after being authorized by a Drop Industries, LLC administrator, you consent to receive automated transactional SMS messages from Drop Industries, LLC and agree to these Terms.

SMS program consent (campaign-specific)

You opt in to this Program when a Drop Industries, LLC administrator:

  1. Adds your mobile number to an authorized-senders allowlist;
  2. Provides you the dedicated Program phone number and required disclosures; and
  3. You send your first text from that authorized phone number.

Consent is for transactional SMS only from Drop Industries, LLC — task confirmations, command responses (HELP, LAST, UNDO), and STOP/START/opt-out messages. This is not a marketing program. Drop Industries, LLC will not send promotional or marketing SMS through this Program.

SMS disclosures

  • Message frequency: Varies with use. Typically one confirmation reply per idea submitted.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Mobile information — no sharing for marketing

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Program description

Authorized Drop Industries, LLC employees text a dedicated phone number to log internal work ideas (photos supported). Messages become internal task records; Drop Industries, LLC sends transactional confirmation or command replies only.
